As your instructor gets to know you, your personality as well as your abilities, capabilities and potential deficits, you will find your workout becoming progressively more challenging. During our intermediate level mat class we start to focus more firmly on results. You should expect more dynamic exercises with fun challenges. You should also understand how the core muscles work, and be able to activate them correctly.

Advanced

MF Pilates is not for first-timers. When moving up to an advanced class, the workouts become more intense, the pace is faster, and the repetitions are longer. Even those who are fit are often surprised at the initial effort it takes to correctly perform Pilates moves. With hundreds of exercises for your Instructor to choose from, no two classes will ever be the same.
